Collaboration Concepts is a conflict management, coaching and mediation firm designed to serve and support both corporations and individuals. Our mission is to equip professionals with the necessary skills and tools to be productive and positive leaders within their organizations and teams. Our experience has confirmed what we know to be true - that preparation and education is the best first line of defense. While education and preparation are essential, challenges and conflict will surely arise in organizations. Collaboration Concepts provides an approach focused on implementing systemic change which is necessary to create resolution. Our experienced and highly trained team will help people navigate large complicated issues widespread to complex/adaptive systems.
Collaboration Concepts was founded by Dr. Steve Joiner after working with clients worldwide spanning a variety of industries. Through the years, he discovered there is a need for guidance and training on managing complex leadership issues within the workplace. From startup companies to complex established institutions, we are able to craft a solution based on your organizational needs.
