Fact Finding allows our team to step in as a neutral third party to collect insight and information to properly diagnose conflict. The extensive interviewing process allows our team to:

Final report will be provided to provide a conclusion of the process that summarizes the findings with recommendations for next steps.
Mediation
Mediation can be both formal and informal and serves to resolve conflict before they escalate further with expensive financial or legal implications.
