Fact Finding

Fact Finding allows our team to step in as a neutral third party to collect insight and information to properly diagnose conflict. The extensive interviewing process allows our team to:

  • Build rapport and trust among all parties involved in the process

  • Collect insight and information essential to property diagnose complex situations

  • Final report will be provided to provide a conclusion of the process that summarizes the findings with recommendations for next steps.


Mediation

Mediation can be both formal and informal and serves to resolve conflict before they escalate further with expensive financial or legal implications. The mediative process requires individuals to engage others in a direct and productive conversations that encourage productive long term relationships.
